Abstrakty
Celem niniejszego opracowania jest analiza roli przywództwa we wdrożeniu systemu zintegrowanego klasy ERP (enterprise resource planning). W pracy przedstawiono potrzebę przywództwa w projektach ERP, nakreślono obowiązki stojące przed liderem oraz przedyskutowano wymagane cechy lidera. Dokonano przeglądu różnych modeli czynników sukcesu we wdrożeniach ERP pod kątem uwzględnienia zagadnień związanych z przywództwem. Prześledzono, jak wybrane aspekty przywództwa wyglądały w praktyce wdrożeń ERP, oraz dokonano analizy ich wpływu na sukces wdrożenia. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The paper submits an analysis of leadership function in implementation of integrated ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. The introduction illustrates the need of leadership in ERP projects, outlines the duties of a leader and discusses his or her desirable features. Next, the review of various models of success factors in ERP implementations, with a focus on leadership issues, has been presented. Subsequently, occurrences of selected leadership aspects in practice of ERP implementation have been analysed and their influence on implementation success has been discussed. (original abstract)
