Abstrakty

Jedną z istotnych przyczyn upadłości małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw są niewystarczające, szeroko pojęte zasoby własne tych przedsiębiorstw. W wielu przypadkach niedostatek zasobów, szczególnie w początkowych okresach rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa, może być zrekompensowany przez jego udział w strategicznym sojuszu kooperacyjnym z innym przedsiębiorstwem. Sojusze jednak nie tylko są źródłem korzyści, lecz także mogą stać się źródłem zagrożenia, szczególnie wtedy, gdy partnerem małego przedsiębiorstwa jest duża firma. W pracy skupiono uwagę na wybranych aspektach sojuszy z udziałem MŚP, a w szczególności na tych problemach, których rozwiązanie mogłoby się przyczyniać do poprawy wyników osiąganych przez te przedsiębiorstw. In the paper, attention was paid to the great importance of small- and medium-sized enterprise (SMEs) in the present day economy, the need for developing co-operative strategic alliances by SMEs was indicated and the determinants of such alliances were described. Moreover, measures aiming achieving greater benefits from alliances by SMEs, particularly those with large partners, were point out.(original abstract)
