Przedstawiono proces tworzenia i utrzymania drużyny sportowej, który jest ściśle powiązany z sukcesem organizacji. Zaprezentowano uwarunkowania sukcesu organizacji sportowej, strukturę zespołu sportowego oraz tworzenie tego zespołu i zarządzanie nim.

The article looks at the process of creating and maintaining a sports team and the influence it has on an organisation’s success. The issue is presented through a description of the structure of a team, the conditions that enable sport organisations to achieve success as well as the things done by club employees to create and manage their team. The article is an introduction to further discussions on this theme and brings to light an issue for further research. (original abstract)
