Abstrakty

W artykule przedstawiono metodologiczne podstawy problemu ofert publicznych, zaprezentowano wyraźne zależności między wartością przeprowadzanych ofert a wzrostem na poziomie mikroekonomicznym. W części dotyczącej polskiego rynku w oparciu o najnowsze dane empiryczne z lat 2005-2008 uwidoczniono wzrost segmentu ofert pierwotnych oraz przesłanki tego rozwoju i możliwe scenariusze na przyszłość. Main goal of this article is to show problem of initial public offering. Author presents chain of dependence among IPO and growth of the economy. In part which describes polish market of shares author shows immamental growth of this sector (years 2005-2008) and trends for the future. (original abstract)
