Omówiono programy współfinansowane ze środków UE wspierające w latach 2007-2013 rozwój rolnictwa i regionów wiejskich. Przedstawiono podział EFRROW (Europejskiego Funduszu Rolnego na rzecz Rozwoju Obszarów Wiejskich) w latach 2007-2013 między państwa członkowskie w milionach euro oraz w przeliczeniu na 1 hektar i 1 osobę zatrudnioną w rolnictwie. Przeanalizowano pozycję Polski w zaprezentowanych zestawieniach.
The article discusses the support of Polish agriculture and rural areas from the European Agriculture Found for Rural Development in 2007-2013 compared with the support of other Member States programmes. Poland will receive as the EU share in 2007-2013 13.2 billion euro (17% of the financial resources for all Member States) and it is the highest sum planned for a single country. The level of EU support calculated per 1 ha of agricultural area will be in Poland nearly twice as high as average for EU-27 but nearly on the same level as in other countries that entered the EU on 1 May 2004 (two exceptions are Malta and Slovenia which will get much higher support per 1 ha). On the contrary, Poland will receive, in comparison with other Member Stats, a very low support calculated per one person working in the agriculture. (original abstract)
