Abstrakty

W artykule przedstawiono pokrótce wkład do współczesnej myśli ekonomicznej, a zwłaszcza do teorii zarządzania, laureatów Nagrody Nobla: Elinor Ostrom i Olivera E. Williamsona. Autor skupia uwagę na oryginalnym ujęciu przez Elinor Ostrom kwestii zarządzania w ramach wspólnoty i na rozwinięciu przez Olivera E. Williamsona teorii zarządzania na pograniczu struktur hierarchicznych. Autor zwraca także uwagę na szersze zagadnienie – sukcesy instytucjonalizmu w postaci ekspansji tego podejścia obserwowanego od lat 70. ubiegłego wieku , zaświadczonej między innymi właśnie Nagrodą Nobla przedstawicieli nowej ekonomiki instytucjonalnej.
