Abstrakty

Artykuł ma na celu przedstawienie zmian, jakie nastąpiły w Modelu EFQM wersji 2010. W artykule zamieszczono podstawowe informacje o strukturze Modelu Doskonałości EFQM oraz szczegółowe zmiany w poszczególnych jego wymiarach, to jest: podstawowych zasadach doskonałości, kryteriach Modelu EFQM oraz układzie logicznym RADAR. Skomentowano również sposób, w jaki projektanci wersji Modelu Doskonałości EFQM 2010 dążą do pełniejszego zespolenia jego trzech wymiarów. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The EFQM Excellence Model 2010 brings substantial changes in relation to its earlier version. Firstly the Fundamental Concepts of Excellence were improved. At present concepts include and emphasize the meaning of sustainability, risk management, organizational innovation and creativity, promoting products, supplier relationship management and corporate governance. An important change is a fully integration of the Fundamental Concepts of Excellence and EFQM Model criteria. The expressions used in Fundamental Concepts of Excellence are transmitted to individual criteria of the model. The division of wages between "Enablers" and "Results" criteria was changed. Now each group of criteria keeps 50% of total. One of the key changes in the model is connected with RADAR logic. The sequence of elements was changed. The authors enhance the elements of RADAR logic, especially these connected with "Results" criteria. Implemented changes are to improve EFQM Excellence Model in a significant way. First of all aspirations of its author to combine the three dimensions of the EFQM Model: Fundamental Concepts of Excellence, its criteria and RADAR logic are visible. These actions influence its effectiveness to be a helpful tool in the self-assessment of implementation of pro-quality business strategy. The changes also favorably influence the ability of using EFQM Model as a tool to measure and improve growth of organization. (original abstract)
