The objective of this paper is analysis of changes taking place over recent years in the practice of the HRM of companies operating on the Polish market as well as an effort at indicating directions of future change. This paper is based on data on five initiatives in the area of HRM - the Human Capital Investor program, the Human Resource Management Leader competition, and the lists of Najlepsi Pracodawcy [Best Employers], Great Place to Work, and Top Employers.
