The paper looks at recent developments in global talent management and the role of the corporate HR function in international firms in the period of global financial crises. The paper highlights some key trends in global talent management and some emerging roles for the corporate HR role. (original abstract)
W artykule przedstawiono ostatnie osiągnięcia w dziedzinie globalnego zarządzania talentami oraz rolę, jaką, w dobie światowego kryzysu finansowego spełnia zarządzanie zasobami ludzkimi w firmach międzynarodowych. Omówiono także pojawiające się trendy globalnego zarządzania talentami i nowe role ZZL w organizacjach. (abstrakt oryginalny)
