Abstrakty

Współdziałanie strategiczne można rozumieć w rozmaity sposób. Może to być współpraca wymuszana i/lub wspomagana przez władze państwowe i samorządowe lub inicjatywa podjęta samorzutnie przez niezależne podmioty gospodarcze. Ta druga ewentualność obecnie chyba nie wchodzi w rachubę. Z obserwacji autora tych słów wynika, że przedsiębiorcy są bardzo nieufni. Przedsiębiorstwa na ogół zarządzane są w sposób autarkiczny i mentalnościowo oparte na "spiskowej teorii dziejów".
Wydaje się, że należałoby wyraźnie rozróżniać współdziałanie między wielkimi przedsiębiorstwami oraz współdziałanie w obrębie sektora małych i średniej wielkości przedsiębiorstw (sektor MSP).
W sprawie współdziałania wielkich przedsiębiorstw nasi liberałowie prawdopodobnie wyraziliby gwałtowny sprzeciw. Można jednak przypomnieć jak to wielkie firmy samochodowe (europejskie!) nie tak dawno utworzyły wspólne konsorcjum badawcze celem sprostania konkurencji firm japońskich w zakresie produkcji silników. Wypada także wspomnieć o niedawnej współpracy rządów Francji i USA celem ratowania firmy Thompson przed sprzedaniem koncernowi DAEWOO. Przykłady można mnożyć.
Współdziałanie strategiczne w obrębie sektora MSP należy natomiast uznać za całkowicie niezbędne. W krótkim referacie nie ma wprawdzie miejsca na proponowanie szczegółowych rozwiązań. Nie jest jednak niezbędne poszukiwanie specjalnych pomysłów. Wystarczy brać przykłady z działań sprawdzonych w Meksyku, Portugalii, Włoszech i wielu innych krajach. (abstrakt oryginalny)

Paper contains engineering tasks and their limitations in the process of innovation. These problems have been addressed to small and medium-sized enterprises. Existance stability of the small and medium-sized enterprises largely depends on their liability to innovation. The large companies have very close and traditional contacts with universities, colleges and scientific research institutes and carry out joint scientific research cooperation in comparison to the small and medium-sized enterprises which have little knowledge about the existing possibilities of cooperation with scientific units remaining at their disposal.
It is generally known that the development of an enterprise depends on the existence of a constant element of "thinking about the future" in its management structure. Professional literature contains many valuable and detailed guidelines concerning this topic. These guidelines refer mainly to the economic problems. Traps waiting for the innovator also include technical aspects - engineering problems. Technical traps may be big with consequences and dangerous for the efficiency in implementing the innovational idea. An engineer associates an optional type of innovation with a completed design. However, the design should fulfill expectations providing it is based on a proper set of input data. In case of lack of data the design may be evaluated in strong terms: "garbage in - garbage out." It is essential to be aware of the fact that even a very well-qualified designer is able to produce a design which is based only on the data obtained from the orderer. If this data lacks information on an innovational detail which is supposed to be implemented after a certain period, it may turn out that the production of the design does not fulfill expectations.
The above presented paper contains merely a draft of the problem indicated in the title. Thus, there are no premises authorizing to draw detailed conclusions. However, it seems worthwhile to consider the methods of conducting the training and consulting activity designed for the type of companies which has been discussed. The existing consulting enterprises are not essentially or financially prepared to carry out this type of activity. (original abstract)
