This paper begins by defining some approaches to Knowledge Management. We give some details on bottom-up, top-down and bottom-up driven by top-down methods. Our Global Knowledge Management (GKM™) approach was influenced by experience in development of Knowledge-based Applications, the way of sharing knowledge in some Case-based Reasoning (CBR) applications and Knowledge Innovation Strategy™ method. We give some details on methodology, knowledge acquisition and some indications how to initiate and build a flow of knowledge beginning from an international company website. We also mention necessary conditions for motivate all actors to share knowledge for the common use and success of their organization and their customers. (original abstract)
