Abstrakty

System bodźców zespołowych określony został jako zespół czynników uruchamiających działanie bodźców zespołowych oraz wzajemnych związków i zależności zachodzących pomiędzy tymi czynnikami. Mechanizm ten jest układem złożonym, w którym autor wyodrębnia umownie ogniwa jego "konstrukcji pionowej" oraz człony "konstrukcji poziomej". Dalsze rozważania prowadzone są w kategoriach "formuły zarządzania" prof. A. Wakara jako skutecznej metody badawczej, która umożliwia ustalenie warunków sprawności funkcjonowania tego mechanizmu (ustalenie warunków wewnętrznej zgodności jego działania).

The subject of this work is an analysis of the functioning of the system of combined material incentives for producers. Having assumed a horizontal and vertical division of the structure of this system the author discusses its respective elements. The first one, according to Wakar's well known "formula of management" consists of the following: a) incentives and specifying them actions, b) "ways of calculating" (i.e. measuring of the enterprise labour and the principles of making and dividing the premium funds and prize funds). The second one, as it is the current practice in the People's Poland (the partial formulas) comprises: a) enterprise funds, b) premium funds for the white coollar workers, c) collection of so called specialized premiums, d) inspection of the wage-funds. This new approach to the problem and especially including the inspection of so called wage-fund into the mechanism of combined material incentives made it possible to present a comprehensible survey of all connections between particular elements of the system as well as to show the causes of the contradictions appearing in their mutually linked functioning affecting the behaviour of the plan executor. A specially interesting and .important point is the argument of the autonomous influence of prices on the behaviour of the plan executors not only in parametric but also in centralized system of management of socialist economy.
