Abstrakty
(fragment tekstu)

The development of different separation systems for carboxylic acids are submitted. Techniques are considered that have the greatest significance and references are given to high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) systems used for the separation of carboxylic acids: ion exchange chromatography (anion and cation), ion chromatography, ion-pairing in reversed-phase chromatography, solvophobic chromatography, and normal-phase separation systems. In this paper the following detection techniques of carboxylic acids are presented: spectrophotometric, conductometric and refractometric. (original abstract)
