In time of the depending economy directed to the market, companies show advanced inefficiend of payment. The causes of getting up the liabilities are different, radically the delimited the main one: the comercial parter has, financial problems or he enter into a contract with о view unimplement a duty of payment. Such kind of situations we can avoid in many ways, tg.: explaiting the informations about the financial situation of companies or using "Altman index-Z". The solution is demanding procedure of clearing company and taking possesion its property for covering obligation, but it isn't easy and fast way. (original abstract)
