Podjęto również próbę odpowiedzi na pytanie o kierunek, w jakim zmierzają MSR/MSSF dotyczące instrumentów finansowych i możliwe skutki wprowadzanych (oraz planowanych do wdrożenia) zmian. The article looks at accounting regulations governing financial Instruments in the International arena. A brief history of work on standards for accounting regulations of financial Instruments since the 1980s is presented. Changes introduced in recent years are presented along with the prospect of further changes in the light of a "simplified" standard. It explains the changes that have been implemented and the direction IAS/IFRS, which are dedicated to financial Instruments, aim to take. (original abstract)
