Prowadzenie działalności wykraczającej poza zwykłe generowanie zysku staje się coraz częściej przedmiotem oczekiwań interesariuszy wobec przedsiębiorstwa. Badania wskazują , że prowadzenie takich działań pozwala zwiększyć efektywność funkcjonowania firmy. Celem artykułu jest określenie jakiego rodzaju informacji na temat działań prowadzonych w ramach społecznej odpowiedzialności przedsiębiorstw (CSR) firmy powinny dostarczać swoim konsumentom, by móc uzyskiwać pozytywne efekty prowadzenia działąń CSR. W artykule wskazuje się na oczekiwania komunikacyjne konsumentów w odniesieniu do społecznie odpowiedzialnej działalności firmy. (fragment tekstu)

Going beyond profit-oriented activities is what stakeholders expect from the company therefore CSR actions catch a growing attention of business specialists. The research concentrate on one group of the company's stakeholders - customers. In this paper the author proves that CSR actions have a positive influence on customer perception of the company and can positively influence clients' behavior. The research examine relations between customer's expectations towards company's CSR communication. The aim of the study is to define, what kind of information on CSR activities is interesting, searched and valuable for customers. (original abstract)
