We współczesnym zarządzaniu organizacją przywiązuje się dużą wagę do uzyskiwania ponadprzeciętnych wyników. W artykule przedstawiono elementy i wyróżniki organizacji wysoce efektywnych oraz opisano macierz przedsiębiorczego uczenia się.
