Bacillus cereus is the oxygen or anaerobic walking stick triggering ford poisonings comparatively. The quality of raw materials and foodstuffs, for many, years, became the priority at units dealing with processing the food. Therefore with very important element, apart from the microbiological cleanness of raw materials, are washing and the disinfection of the production line. With the purpose of the own research, testing the effectiveness of chosen chemical disinfectants to the survivability were spores B. cereus. They conducted research with two methods, turbidity and the method ofcarrier. In the turbidity method they stated, that good properties deactivated is demonstrating 5% formaldehyde, 0,15% acid peracetic, 3% H202, and 2% glutaraldehyde after 30 of minute's exposition on spores Bacillus cereus. However, on the basis of the method of carrier it was observed that it is possible to use for the disinfection ofsolid materials 10% formaldehyde, 0,15% acid perace¬tic, 3% H202, and 3% glutaraldehyde, acting for 60 minutes.
