Abstrakty

Autorka porównuje europejskie regulacje finansowania struktur REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) ze wzorcem amerykańskim, wywodzącym się z Grantour Trust - modelu pośrednictwa pozwalającego przełamać bariery dostępności inwestycji na rynku nieruchomości. Ponadto autorka wskazała na możliwości stworzenia analogicznych rozwiązań prawnych w Unii Europejskiej umożliwiających konstrukcję europejskiej sieci REIT. (fragment tekstu)

The main purpose of the paper is characterization and comparative analysis of legał framework and operating rules of REITs in EU countries. This investment's vehicle or - in different meaning - real estate stock Corporation were introduced in US in 1960 under Real Estate Investment Trust Act and since then many countries have created similar real estate investment structures. Currently being considered in EU to introduce a single solution, ie. EU REIT. This compromise should positively influence the development of indirect real estate investment. (original abstract)
