Abstrakty
Tekst analizuje praktykę posługiwania się terminem "kompetencje". Wskazuje na jego historyczne źródło, tj. potrzeby selekcji personelu, oraz rekonstruuje wymagania, które kompetencje spełniają w tym obszarze. Wskazuje odrębność użycia kompetencji w modelu zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi, od użycia tego terminu w edukacji i zarządzaniu strategicznym. Precyzuje różnicę pomiędzy kompetencjami stanowiskowymi i korporacyjnymi, będącymi podstawą dla systemów ocen okresowych. (abstrakt oryginalny)
The different uses of the term "competence" are analyzed. The origin of the concept is located in recruitment practices, where clear and precise meaning is of importance. The word "competence" has different meanings in education and strategic management. Corporate competence and work competence are analyzed and the differences described. (original abstract)
