Abstrakty

W artykule omówiono metodologię europejskiej procedury banchmarkingu przedsiębiorstw oraz zaprezentowano fazy procesu benchmarkingu - planowanie, gromadzenie danych, analizę i adaptację. Na koniec przedstawiono inicjatywy propagujące benchmarking jako narzędzie poprawy konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstw podejmowane w Wielkiej Brytanii.
