Abstrakty
Na szczycie Sojuszu Północnoatlantyckiego w Lizbonie (19-20 listopada 2010 r.) podjęto wiele decyzji, które mają strategiczne znaczenie dla bezpieczeństwa państw wspólnoty transatlantyckiej. Wśród nich największe zainteresowanie budziła nowa Koncepcja strategiczna obrony i bezpieczeństwa członków Organizacji Traktatu Północnoatlantyckiego pt. Aktywne zaangażowanie, współczesna obrona. Podstawą do opracowania ostatecznej wersji koncepcji strategicznej był raport grupy 12 ekspertów NATO (określanej w prasie jako Grupa Mędrców). Grupa ta, pod przewodnictwem Madeleine Albright, byłej sekretarz stanu USA, przygotowała zręby nowej strategii Sojuszu i 17 maja 2010 r. przedstawiła je pod rozwagę sekretarza generalnego NATO Andersa Fogh Rasmussena i Rady Traktatu Północnoatlantyckiego. (...) W artykule skoncentrowałem uwagę na kluczowych sprawach obecnej i przyszłej strategii Sojuszu oraz skonfrontowałem mandat Grupy Ekspertów z osiągniętym rezultatem. (fragment tekstu)
