Szczegółowej analizie poddano francuski X plan rozwoju gospodarczego, społecznego i kulturalnego na lata 1989-1992 r.

The content of the 10th French plan for the years 1989-1992 has been presented. Special attention has been drawn to the change in the conception of planning in France and giving the plan the character of a strategic document. The strategy of economic development in France for the period of 1989-1992 and the priority sectors on which the government activities will facus, have been discussed. Finally, the objections which, in the author's opinion, result from the reality of consistent realization of the strategy drawn up in the plan, have been presented.(original abstract)
