Abstrakty
Celem artykułu jest próba udzielenia odpowiedzi na pytanie: czy wdrożenie systemu zarządzana jakością przekłada się na efektywność ekonomiczną organizacji. W artykule dokonano przeglądu wyników badań z zakresu efektywności systemów zarządzania jakością na świecie. Dokonana analiza źródeł literaturowych pokazuje dwa skrajne stanowiska w tej kwestii. Wskazane w opracowaniu doświadczenia przedsiębiorstw z różnych krajów mają szczególne znaczenie dla praktyki przedsiębiorstw ponieważ pokazują, które elementy systemu są kluczowe z punktu widzenia efektywności organizacji, a które elementy generują wyłącznie koszty. Ponadto artykuł wskazuje rekomendacje dotyczące doskonalenia organizacji. (abstrakt oryginalny)
In the following article, drawing on the English-language literature, the author presents the results of research on the effectiveness of quality management systems in the world. (original abstract)
