Regional Economics, Public-Private Partnership in Use of the Frontier Region

Abstrakty

This paper is concerning the Public Private Partnership (PPP) as a model. The PPP model might be good solution for the regional development of backward regions under the condition that the established PPP are going to achieve full utility. PPP should be used to provide public goods such as highways and roads that are the main reason for lagging back of the regions. Without the roads the regions are not accessible to investors or customers. (fragment of text)
