Abstrakty
W artykule przeanalizowano zależności między jakością usług a produktywnością firmy usługowej. Stwierdzono, że podnoszenie jakości usług pozostaje w konflikcie ze wzrostem produktywności tylko wtedy, gdy produktywność jest postrzegana wyłącznie przez pryzmat widzenia producenta. Dualistyczna perspektywa postrzegania produktywności, stawiająca w centrum jakość, eksponuje potencjalną synergię pomiędzy jakością usług a produktywnością.
