Abstrakty

Przedmiot badania stanowią filie zagranicznych przedsiębiorstw. Celem analizy jest wskazanie, w jakim stopniu poszczególne elementy konkurencyjności gospodarki i ich jakość są powiązane z wejściem i wyjściem zagranicznego inwestora. Omówiono zarówno wpływ konkurencyjności kraju na lokalizację zagranicznych inwestycji bezpośrednich oraz podejmowanie decyzji o dezinwestycji, jak i zależność odwrotną, czyli wpływ zagranicznych inwestycji i dezinwestycji bezpośrednich na konkurencyjność gospodarki. The subject of research is subsidiaries of foreign companies. The purpose of the analysis is to identify the extent to which individual elements of competitiveness of the economy and their quality are associated with entry and exit of foreign investors. The paper discusses the impact of a country's competitiveness on the location of foreign direct investment and disinvestment decision as well as the inverse relationship, ie the impact of foreign direct investment and disinvestment on the competitiveness of the economy.
