Celem artykułu jest prezentacja bieżących kwestii związanych z psychologicznymi podstawami zarządzania strategicznego na podstawie najnowszych publikacji. Artykuł składa się z dwóch podstawowych części. W pierwszej przedstawiono koncepcję strategii behawioralnej jako fuzji teorii i praktyki zarządzania strategicznego z psychologią kognitywną i społeczną. Przedstawiono w szczególności psychologiczne interpretacje celów organizacji, problemów wdrażania strategii ze względu na reakcje menedżerów średniego szczebla i reakcje odwzajemniania pracowników. W części drugiej omówiono potencjalne możliwości wykorzystania badań mózgu w neurostrategii jako mikrofundamentów strategii behawioralnej. Przedmiotem dyskusji są cele i metody neuronauki, a także potencjalne możliwości ich wykorzystania w strategii organizacji. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The purpose of the article is to present the current issues connected with psychological foundations of strategic management. The article consists of two main parts. In the first one the behavioral strategy has been defined as a merger of cognitive and social psychology with strategic management theory and practice. In particular the paper presents how middle managers' group-focus emotions and how employee reciprocity influence the strategy implementation. The second part has presented the potential contributions of brain research to neurostrategy as the behavioral strategy micro-foundations. The aims and methods of neuroscience and its potential contributions to strategy has been discussed. (original abstract)
