Abstrakty

Celem artykułu jest ustalenie podstawowych czynników wpływających na ryzyko w sektorze usług budowlanych. Badaniom poddano 52 przedsiębiorstwa budowlane. W opracowaniu i prezentacji danych wykorzystano test χ². Analiza dotyczyła lat 2004-2008. Na podstawie uzyskanych wyników przedstawiono obszary poprawy zarządzania w firmie wykonawczej. The aim of this paper is to estimate the factors fostering the risk in construction sector. 52 construction companies were studied. In order to present the data the test χ²was used. The study coveres the period of 2004-2008. Based upon the results the area of management improvement was presented. (original abstract)
