Abstrakty

Koncepcje outsourcingu i offshoringu w ostatnich latach zyskują na znaczeniu zarówno w sferze produkcji jak i usług. Potencjalne korzyści wynikające z tych rozwiazań dotyczą m. in. niższych kosztów, poprawy, jakości i działań czy zwiększenia elastyczności. W obu przypadkach występują także czynniki ryzyka, które albo ograniczają, albo uniemożliwiają skuteczne wdrożenie takich rozwiązań. (fragment tekstu)

In the first part of the paper there is a presentation of the idea of outsourcing and offshoring. Potential benefits, such as bigger possibilities of expansion, lower costs, quality improvement, better flexibility may be the result of outsourcing and offshoring implementation. In the second part there is a description of potential hazard. In both cases there are many sources of risk. They may limit or even make impossible to use outsourcing or offshoring. Sometimes it is impossible to eliminate factors of risk. (original abstract)
