Abstrakty

Celem artykułu jest omówienie nowego dorobku badań nad międzynarodowym biznesem i zarządzaniem, w powiązaniu z rozwojem gospodarki opartej na wiedzy. Na tym tle została zaprezentowana koncepcja DLE - disintegration (D), location (L), externalization (E), która jest nowym teoretycznym ujęciem procesów outsourcingu i offshoringu w przedsiębiorstwach, a szczególnie w korporacjach międzynarodowych. DLE wykorzystuje dorobek czterech dziedzin: zarządzania, biznesu międzynarodowego, nowej geografii ekonomicznej oraz teorii ewolucyjnej. Dzięki temu tworzy nową wartość analityczną, umożliwiając odpowiedź na pytanie: czy jest korzystne i zasadne wydzielenie oraz przeniesienie za granicę pewnych działań, oraz jaka forma byłaby do tego odpowiednia? Ze względu na kompleksowe ujęcie przemian w globalnym otoczeniu, określenie warunków do wydzielenia działań, form zaangażowania oraz powstałych typów modeli biznesu, koncepcję DLE można uznać za rozwijający się paradygmat, głównie z zakresu biznesu międzynarodowego. Zdaniem autorki, zasługuje on na uwagę specjalistów w Polsce, aby zachęcać korporacje międzynarodowe do lokowania tu offshoringu o wyższej wartości i wymaganiach technologicznych, które tworzyłyby więcej korzyści dla naszej gospodarki. The purpose of this article is to discuss new research achievements on the international business management, in connection with the knowledge-based economy development. Against this background, was presented the DLE concept - disintegration (D), location (L), externalization (E), which is a new theoretical conceive of outsourcing and off-shoring processes in enterprises, especially in international corporations. DLE uses the output of four areas: management, international business, new economic geography and evolutionary theory. This creates a new analytical value, allowing to answer the question: whether it is useful and justifiable to separate and transfer certain activities abroad, and what form could be appropriate to this? Due to the complex approach to change in the global environment, determining of the conditions for the separation of activities, forms of engagement and the business models created types, the DLE concept can be regarded as a developing paradigm, mainly in the field of international business. According to the author, it deserves the attention of Polish specialists, to encourage multinationals to locate here the off-shoring of higher value and technological requirements, that would create more value for our host economy.
