Abstrakty
Globalny kryzys finansowy jest postrzegany jako test teorii społecznej odpowiedzialności biznesu. Społeczne i środowiskowe kwestie nabierają znaczenia strategicznego. Przedsiębiorstwa mogą kreować wartość ekonomiczną przez kreowanie wartości społecznej. Rozwój organizacji, który traktuje zrównoważony rozwój jako kamień węgielny realizacji biznesu, wymaga strategicznego podejścia, które integruje wymiar ekonomiczny, środowiskowy i społeczny działalności we wszystkich aspektach biznesu. Jest to rozwijająca się podstawa. Strategie firm muszą zawierać także społeczny i środowiskowy wymiar. Artykuł prezentuje nowe propozycje odnowy kapitalizmu, rozwój koncepcji społecznej odpowiedzialności biznesu i zrównoważonego rozwoju oraz wymiary społeczny i środowiskowy jako części strategii przedsiębiorstwa. The global financial crisis is seen as a test of corporate social responsibility theories. The social and environmental issues become strategic. Companies can create economic value by creating sociated value. Developing on organization that regards sustainability as a cornerstone for doing business requires a strategic approach that integrates economic, environmental and social considerations in all aspects of business. It is on an ongoing basic. The strategies of firms must to include too social and environmental considerations. The article presents a new proposals of capitalism renovation, development of social and sustainability conceptions and social and environmental dimensions as a parts of strategy. (original abstract)
