Obecnie jednym z kluczowych czynników dla osiągania przewagi konkurencyjnej organizacji jest twórczość pracowników. Pełni ona istotną rolę w sprawnym przebiegu wielu procesów organizacyjnych, w tym procesów innowacyjnych. Równie ważnym atrybutem współczesnych organizacji stają się rożnego rodzaju grupy. Coraz częściej to właśnie w ich granicach realizowane są najważniejsze z punktu widzenia przetrwania organizacji zadania. Warto zatem podjąć refleksję nad grupowymi uwarunkowaniami twórczości pracowników. W artykule zaprezentowano wyniki takiej refleksji. Udało się w nim zidentyfikować pewne zjawiska grupowe sprzyjające twórczości pracowniczej. Wskazano również zjawiska grupowe, które mogą oddziaływać na twórczość pracowników, oraz określono potencjalny charakter ich wpływu. Przy okazji omówiono rożne typy zespołów funkcjonujących w organizacjach oraz modele opisujące czynniki determinujące ich efektywność. (abstrakt oryginalny)

Today employee creativity is one of the most important factor for a successful organization. It is very usful in stimulating innovation processes in organizations. Also groups are very important element of contemporary organizations. In this article an issue of group impact for employee creativity is discussed. Especially impact of such propeties of grups as: diversity, group self-efficacy or group leadership was treated. (original abstract)
