The authors of the paper have made an attempt applying intuitionistic fuzzy values for the analysis of the assessment of employees' competences. The method of processing the linguistic data with the use of intuitionistic fuzzy values has been proposed. The results of the procedure have been given in the form of a verbal opinion. The authors used materials from the empirical research concerning competence self-appraisal conducted on the group of 131 employees. The results indicate the generally positive selfassessment of employees' overall competence. (original abstract)
W artykule podjęto próbę zastosowania intuicjonistycznych wartości rozmytych do analizy oceny kompetencyjności pracowników. Podano metodę przetwarzania danych lingwistycznych przy użyciu intuicjonistycznych wartości rozmytych. Wynik procedury podano w formie opinii słownych. Wykorzystano materiał z badań empirycznych dotyczących samooceny kompetencji przeprowadzonych na grupie 131 pracowników. Wyniki wskazują na ogólnie pozytywną samoocenę ogólnych kompetencji pracowniczych. (abstract oryginalny)
