Abstrakty

Celem omówionych w artykule badań było określenie wartości migracji globalnej składników powłok lakierowych do różnych substancji modelowych, symulujących działanie artykułów żywnościowych nie zawierających tłuszczów. Na podstawie wyników badań dokonano wyboru substancji modelowych, które wystarczy stosować dla oceny migracji globalnej. (fragm. tekstu)
