Abstrakty

Na początku artykułu przedstawiono definicję kapitału ludzkiego oraz ukazano wykształcenie jako stymulator rozwoju kapitału ludzkiego. Następnie omówiono strategiczne zasoby kapitału ludzkiego w przedsiębiorstwie, gdyż to od nich zależy w dużej mierze wizerunek firmy w otoczeniu oraz jej klimat wewnętrzny. Na koniec zaprezentowano znaczenie kapitału ludzkiego w pracy banku.

At present the human capitol is one of the basic factorsot the develpoment. The investments in the human capital are the first condition and they lead to the permament economical development. However there is a choos abaut the definition in the human capitol. Despite the diffrences in the terminology the standard of the education of the human capital decides of the ability of a certam county and the nationality to adept the financial capital and transform it into goods and service. In each company, expecially in the bank, the most precious capital it has, are the workers becase they are the co-makers of the culture of the campany. They create the image of the bank and they are the subjects of the economical activites the article above tvies to explain the show problems. (original abstract)
