Abstrakty

Artykuł zajmuje się zagadnieniem wspierania rozwoju regionalnego. Autorzy skupiają swoją uwagę na podjętych ostatnio w Szkocji działaniach, które kładą nacisk na znaczenie strategii rozwoju lokalnego, realizowanych przez tworzenie regionalnych agencji rozwoju oraz pomoc dla małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw. Artykuł przedstawia również analizę polityki pomocy dla małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw w Polsce a w szczególności w województwie śląskim. Głównym celem artykułu jest przedstawienie polityki prowadzonej w Szkocji pod kątem sformułowania zaleceń użytecznych dla Polski. (abstrakt oryginalny)
