Wyżej bardzo ogólnie zaprezentowano koncepcję podejścia obiektowego do zarządzania projektami. Koncepcja ta będzie rozszerzana w kolejnych pracach. Zaprezentowano również wzorzec Obserwator jako jeden z elementów prezentowanej koncepcji, który może mieć zastosowanie w zarządzaniu ryzykiem w trakcie realizacji projektu. (fragment tekstu)

It is quite obvious that modern global organizations are involved in many sophisticated projects and programs. Very often those projects are connected by various relations or constrains. Moreover it is hard to find a project, not affected by its environment nor other projects. Increasing number of concurrent projects, high complexity and increasing group of stakeholders related to each specific project makes the project environment more and more complicated. In many situations, project is realized by few different teams, possible from different organizational culture. They use various methodologies and tools to assure highest level of controI. This kind of heterogeneous environment is getting very common in multinational corporations. In presented approach, it is assumed that there are certain analogies between project management and computer programming. On that basis, set of guidelines/rules can be transferred from object oriented programming and design patterns to project management. These rules can be used to order even very sophisticated structures. This article shall give an overview of an object oriented approach and possibilities of its implementation in heterogeneous project environment. It is focused specially on design pattern called observer and the way how it can support information flow and risk controI in the project or program.(original abstract)
