Abstrakty

Metoda określenia połysku sposobem reflektometrycznym jest dość dobrą metodą oceny walcowania, wpływającego w istotny sposób na właściwości powierzchniowe folii. Najlepsze wyniki luminacji powierzchni uzyskuje się wykorzystując długość fali λ = 520 i 550 nm i przy zmianie kąta ustawienia od 0° do 180° (z minimum przy α = 90°).

The results of studies on the lustre of aluminium foil used for packing goods are presented. The author criticizes the methods used hitherto and describes his private research works for which he adopted the measuring attachment to the SPEKOL one-ray photoelectric spectrophotometer. The attachment of R 45 - α type suits the tests best because of the possibility of adjusting the angle at which the detection of reflection is carried out. The best results regarding luminace were obtained when using the wavelengths λ = 520 and 550 nm and when changing the angle of the position of the sample from 0° to 180° (with minimum remission at α = 90°). The reflectometric method of determining the lustre may be indirectly used for evaluating the quality of method of rolling aluminium foil and for determining the quality of the surface of laminated materials.
