This paper presents a user-friendly, virtually cost-free approach to leadership development that enables MBA alumni associations to leverage the talents and experiences of their members for continued professional development and career advancement. It utilizes peer-coaching methods, mentoring, and the communication capabilities of the internet to build upon the leadership development achievements common to MBA programs of study. The resulting E-Leadership Development Peer Coaching Network model is available to MBA programs and alumni associations to customize as they see fit in order to meet the life-long learning needs of their members.
