Prowadzenie aktywnej polityki rynku pracy to jeden z ważniejszych obszarów działań mających przeciwdziałać bezrobociu i zwiększyć zatrudnienie. Wśród badaczy rynku pracy toczy się dyskusja nad skutecznością takiej polityki i określeniem, czy jest ona w stanie długoterminowo rozwiązać problemy rynku pracy. prowadzenie skutecznych programów jest trudne, szczególnie w warunkach kryzysu gospodarczego oraz problemów strukturalnych rynku pracy. The article presents the forms of supporting the unemployed persons, which making efforts in order to become self-employed in Germany. They are a large potential for the growth of the micro, small and mediumsized enterprises sector. Subvention for the own business belongs to the active labour market policy and microfinance area and in addition makes real an idea of counteracting the financial and social exclusion.(original abstract)
