Abstrakty

Ład instytucjonalny globalnego kapitalizmu opiera się na milczącym założeniu, że istnieją uniwersalne wzory działań oraz teorie naukowe odwołujące się do utylitaryzmu i indywidualizmu metodologicznego, które stanowią gotową podstawę do sukcesu ekonomicznego. Wzory te mogą być podstawą zmian instytucjonalnych. Niestety, świat realny nie może być tak łatwo konstruowany przez idee. Zmiany systemowe są bowiem funkcją zderzenia się w praktyce niejednorodnych logik działania ludzi, wypływających z różnorodności ich własnych doświadczeń, a w ślad za tym ograniczeń poznawczych, informacyjnych i aksjologicznych. Author of the article provides evidence that the developing countries will not catch up with the rest of the word without considering the threats of global capitalism for other then economic aspects of human wealth. In regards to avoid these threats, it is suggested to design the economic policy that evolves around the strategy aimed at productivity growth, human capital acquisition and limitation the social inequality. The national strategies that fulfill these social targets are to stimulate and integrate the social responsibility of the government (national level and commune level), companies, and regional and local communities. The discussed strategy for Polish economy should consider the international dimension of the social responsibility that arise from requirements of social cohesion and sustainability of natural environment. These requirements (social cohesion and sustainability of natural environment) has been defined by the EU and other international institutions in which Poland attends. Thus, the improvements of market institutions of corporate government in Poland should be design from the perspective of these aims and targets. (original abstract)
