The article discusses the case of a Leonardo da Vinci project called "SME ACTion Learning Facilitators." It focuses on the project activities in the promotion of a regional network of academic animators and helping business start-ups in Upper Silesia, Poland. It also discusses the process of action learning. Moreover, it enumerates and discusses the tools offered by SME ACTor Project that are important in enterprise animation.(original abstract)
