In this article, the author discusses the economic conditions of Romania over other countries of Central and Eastern Europe. It mentions that Romania experiences fundamental changes in distribution of consumer goods since the year 1990. It informs that Romania has big business opportunities as it is the second country after Poland in population having 21.4 million inhabitants while Poland has registered 38.2 million inhabitants.(original abstract)
