Przyczepność warstw metalicznych (złota i srebra) otrzymywanych techniką rozpylania magnetronowego, do podłoża szklanego jest istotnym problemem wynikającym głównie z różnic chemicznych pomiędzy szkłem i tymi metalami. Artykuł omawia wpływ cienkich powłok tlenkowych otrzymywanych przez rozpylanie miedzi, niklu i miedzioniklu na przyczepność warstw złota. Przyczepność oceniano fotometrycznie po uprzednim usunięciu warstwy metalicznej w powtarzalny sposób. Zmiany otoczenia chemicznego Cu, Ni, Au analizowano za pomocą spektroskopii fotoelektronów (XPS). Adherence of metallic layers (gold and silver) obtained by magnetron sputtering, to the glass substrate creates often problems mainly due to different chemical nature of glass and metal. This study concerns influence of thin oxide under-layers deposited by sputtering of copper, nickel and cupronickel on the adherence of gold. Adherence was assessed by photometry after mechanical removal of gold in controlled manner. Changes in chemical environment of Cu, Ni and Au were analyzed using photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS).
