Artykuł ten poświęcony jest badaniom nad uczestnictwem w kulturze. Podstawowym celem, jaki sobie w nim stawiamy, to poznanie form aktywności kulturalnej i określenie indywidualnych potrzeb w tym zakresie wśród mieszkańców hotelu pracowniczego. (abstrakt oryginalny)

This article is devoted to the analysis of cultural participation methods in organisation. The analysis is based on the research method in which the point of departure is establishing a symbolic culture sphere as a research area and postulating a study cultural behaviour category as a category. The analysis has been carried out considering the camparison of the camparison of the communities discussed in the aspect of the realized cultural activity (by which we understand frequenting theatre performances, opera, musical concerts, art galleries, and museums, cinema and different entertainment shows, watching TV and listening to the radio). In this paper, more important aspects showing wealth of cultural participation are touched. (original abstract)
