Abstrakty
Celem artykułu jest prezentacja dotychczasowych badań nad czynnikami wpływającymi na dezinwestycje zagraniczne w zakresie cech filii zagranicznej. Należą do nich przede wszystkim: wyniki finansowe filii, forma wejścia, struktura własności, rozmiar, wiek i rola filii. Oprócz opisowych rezultatów analiz przedstawiono badania empiryczne determinant decyzji o dezinwestycji zagranicznej, poparte testami istotności.(abstrakt oryginalny)

The aim of this paper is to present current research on factors affecting foreign divestment at subsidiary-level. These are mainly: financial performance, market entry mode, ownership structure, size, age and international product diversification. In addition to the descriptive results of the analyzes empirical determinants of foreign divestment decision, supported by test of significance are presented.(original abstract)
