Use of Defined Contribution System in Occupational Pension Schemes

Abstrakty
(fragment tekstu)
Within the confines of the privately managed occupational pension schemes, there is being noted a tendency to gradual loss of importance of the defined-benefit plans and systematic shift to the defined-contribution plans. This article aims to examine the consequences of the transition in the field of retirement income and risks for the future beneficiary and the sponsor of the plan. (original abstract)
