Abstrakty

W artykule dokonano analizy dorobku naukowego z zakresu zarządzania ryzykiem projektu, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem projektów z zakresu designu. Na wstępie omówiono teoretyczne podstawy zarządzania ryzykiem oraz zidentyfikowano dwie szkoły zarządzania ryzykiem. Następnie przedstawiono związki między cechami projektów a zarządzaniem ryzykiem oraz omówiono proces zarządzania ryzykiem projektu. Na zakończenie zestawiono rekomendowane wskazania aplikacyjne dotyczące zarządzania ryzykiem projektów z zakresu designu. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The paper provides a systematic analysis of scientific research on project risk management, particularly in design projects. First, theoretical foundations of risk management have been reviewed and two basic schools of thought have been identified. Second, the interrelations between project characteristics and risk management have been defined. Then, the process of project risk management has been discussed. Finally, application guidelines for managing project risks in design have been provided. (original abstract)
