W artykule, na podstawie wybranych światowych badań, przedstawiono podstawowe rodzaje i znaczenie zaufania między partnerami oraz ryzyka zachowań oportunistycznych w międzynarodowych spółkach joint venture. Celem artykułu jest wprowadzenie do problematyki związanej z tymi zagadnieniami w kontekście kooperacji przedsiębiorstw oraz przedstawienie roli jaką odgrywają w międzynarodowych spółkach joint venture. This paper presents basic types and importance of trust among partners and opportunistic behavior risk in international joint ventures basing on selected world research. The main objective of this article is to introduce readers into issues related to the above-mentioned areas in the context of cooperation between companies. Moreover, the author presents the role inter-partner trust and opportunistic behavior risk perform in international joint ventures operations. (original abstract)
